FAIR HAVEN — A New York woman was arrested on a warrant last month after being pulled over for speeding, officials said Monday.

Orianna C. Odell, 25, of Romulus, NY, was taken into custody on Sept. 29 at 5:30 p.m. on Route 4 by Fair Haven Police following a traffic stop for speeding.

An arrest warrant had been issued for Odell by Hon.

Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court after she failed to appear for a court hearing on Oct. 17, 2022, concerning prior charges of DUI and providing false information to a police officer.

During the stop, it was discovered that Odell’s driver’s license was criminally suspended.

Sgt. Dale Kerber, the investigating officer, executed the arrest, and Odell was subsequently lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Center.

The Fair Haven Police Department has not released further details regarding Odell’s arrest or her pending court appearance.
