Seabrook man arrested in fentanyl trafficking investigation

SEABROOK — Police Chief Brett Walker announced the arrest of Tommy Manuel Pimentel-Santos, 36, of Lawrence, Mass., on Monday, Oct. 7, following a multi-month undercover operation targeting drug trafficking in the Seabrook area.

The Seabrook Police Department collaborated with the U.S.

Drug Enforcement Administration to investigate the sale of fentanyl, a highly potent synthetic opioid.

Pimentel-Santos was identified as a key supplier, distributing over 200 grams of the drug to undercover officers along the New Hampshire seacoast.

Pimentel-Santos was apprehended without incident and charged with one count of distribution of fentanyl.

He is expected to be arraigned at the Hampton Circuit Court on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 11 a.m. Authorities anticipate additional charges to be brought forth in connection with this case.

Chief Walker emphasized the department’s dedication to combating the opioid crisis, stating, “These criminals are not constrained by borders and this case highlights our successful partnerships with local and federal law enforcement agencies.”
