NEW HAVEN — Troopers from the Vermont State Police New Haven Barracks responded to a call at 10:29 a.m. on Oct. 6, reporting a theft and trespassing incident in the Town of New Haven.
Upon arrival, troopers gathered information from the property owner.
The suspect, later identified as 66-year-old Allen Karnatz of New Haven, had already left the scene.
Karnatz was subsequently located and issued a citation to appear at the Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division, on Dec. 30 to respond to an unlawful trespass charge.
