LOWELL — The Lowell Police Department has issued a missing person alert for a 46-year-old Hispanic man who was last seen on Middlesex Street on Sept. 15.
Reynaldo Fernandez, described as approximately 6 feet 7 inches tall with brown eyes and a goatee, has gone missing under unknown circumstances.
He is also noted to have tattoos on his neck and left shoulder.
The police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Fernandez.

Authorities have not provided further details on the circumstances of his disappearance.
