NEW HAVEN — New Haven Police Department patrol officers arrested Ceion Pettigrew this week following a complaint that he threatened an individual with an illegal handgun equipped with a drum magazine.
Officers responded to the incident promptly and were able to locate and apprehend Pettigrew without further incident.
