WATERTOWN — The Watertown Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a man reported missing by his family.
Jeffery Fennelly, 40, of Oakville, was last seen in the area of Maple Street in Waterbury on Sept. 28.
Fennelly is described as a white male with a shaved head and goatee, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and faded blue jeans.
Fennelly has a tattoo with the name “Carla” on his chest among various other tattoos.
