SUDBURY — A man was arrested Wednesday after exposing himself to employees at a Dollar Tree store, police said.

John Driscoll, 54, of Framingham, was charged with open and gross lewdness, accosting and annoying persons, and disorderly conduct after Sudbury Police received a call at 11:23 a.m. about a man pacing outside the store at 435 Boston Post Road and engaging in the lewd act.

Responding officers located Driscoll in the parking lot and identified him as the subject involved.

They recognized him from a similar incident that occurred in April.

Driscoll, a Level 2 Sex Offender, was taken into custody and transported to the police department for booking.

He will be arraigned at Framingham District Court.

The Dollar Tree is in a shopping plaza that includes a child daycare center.

Police confirmed Driscoll had not made contact with the center, and no children were in the vicinity during the incident.

The Sudbury Police Department credited the Holbrook Emergency Regional Communications Center for providing real-time updates that aided in the swift arrest.
