OXFORD — Oxford Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Joell Ruiz, who ran away from YOU Inc in North Oxford early yesterday morning.
Ruiz has been missing since approximately 6 a.m. and has not been seen or heard from since his departure.
Authorities believe he may be attempting to travel to Revere, Massachusetts, and could be taking a train from Worcester.
The police have emphasized that Ruiz is in need of medications, which he does not have with him, heightening concerns for his well-being.
Anyone who sees Joell, knows his whereabouts, or has had contact with him is urged to contact any local police station.
