SOUTH WINDSOR — Three individuals were arrested on separate charges last week, including attempted larceny and operating a drug factory, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
On Sept. 25 at 10:18 a.m., officers responded to a call at the Target on Buckland Hills Drive, where Michael R.
Jankowski, 35, of Bristol was allegedly attempting to steal merchandise valued at approximately $1,300.
Jankowski was taken into custody without incident and later released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
He is expected to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Oct. 9 at 9 a.m.
Two days later, on Sept. 27 at 6:32 p.m., Cieanna Haberern, 24, of Hartford, surrendered to police on an active arrest warrant related to an incident in August.
Haberern allegedly threatened to harm an individual in the presence of children at a daycare center and conveyed threats to kill the victim via text messages to mutual friends.
She was processed and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled for a court appearance on Oct. 16 at 9 a.m.
In a separate incident on Sept. 28 at 11:31 a.m., April Keeler, 36, of Stafford Springs, was arrested during a medical assist on Deming Street.
Keeler, who had an active arrest warrant from the Connecticut State Police, was found in possession of suspected heroin/fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.
She was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond and is also scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 16 at 9 a.m.
