ARUNDEL — York County Sheriff’s Office deputies apprehended 34-year-old Jessy Do, a fugitive from Massachusetts, at his mother’s house in Arundel after learning of his location from Biddeford investigators.
Do, who had a warrant for a probation violation related to a 2015 robbery conviction, surrendered to authorities without incident.
The warrant confirmation prompted deputies to act swiftly on the tip.
Do is scheduled to appear in a Biddeford court tomorrow at 1 p.m.
Authorities anticipate that he will be extradited to Massachusetts within the coming weeks to face the charges.
