AQUINNAH — The Aquinnah Police Department is seeking assistance from the public following a series of vandalism incidents affecting private properties along Moshup Trail.
On Sept. 17, officers discovered graffiti scrawled across the stop line at the intersection of Moshup Trail and State Road.
Additional acts of vandalism reported in the area include theft of flags, damage to outdoor lighting fixtures, and destruction of mailboxes.
With the investigation still in progress, authorities have yet to identify any suspects or determine whether the incidents are related.
The Aquinnah Police Department is urging anyone with information to come forward and contact their non-emergency line at (508) 645-2313.
