Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests and incidents from Sept. 1-14

GUILFORD — Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest and incident log covering the period from Sept. 1 through Sept. 14, detailing multiple arrests and a variety of reported incidents across the county.

During this period, the Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests and criminal summonses, with all individuals presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

– Edward Sousa, 58, of Brownville, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
– Kyle Rathburn, 31, of Parkman, charged with domestic violence assault.
– Eric Wallace, 38, of Brunswick, charged with a warrant arrest.
– Leonard Maker, 53, of Guilford, charged with violating conditions of release.
– Derrick Corson, 32, of Cambridge, charged with burglary, operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation, and a warrant arrest.
– Mark Joy, 61, of Sebec, charged with a warrant arrest.
– Patrick Adams, 31, of Ripley, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
– Jonathan Jarrett, 50, of Sebec, charged with operating under the influence (OUI).
– Adam Doore, 43, of Dover-Foxcroft, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

The Sheriff’s Office also issued 13 traffic citations during this period.

The incidents reported ranged from welfare checks and suspicious activities to burglary alarms and traffic complaints.

Notable incidents included a burglary in Parkman, multiple vehicle accidents with property damage and injuries, and various disturbances, such as family fights and harassment cases.

The Piscataquis County Sheriff’s Office continues to serve the community and reminds residents to report any suspicious activity or emergencies to their local authorities.
