NORWAY — The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Nicholas Plummer, who was last seen in the area between Main Street and Beal Street, possibly soaked from the waist down.
Officials have not provided details on why Plummer is being sought but have issued a call for any information regarding his whereabouts.
