MILFORD — Authorities arrested a West Wareham, Massachusetts man on Sept. 17 following an investigation into a June incident involving reckless driving.
The Milford Police Department took Noah Plante into custody, charging him with reckless operation, felony riot, and failure to display plates.
The charges stem from an event on June 15, when vehicles were reportedly operated in a reckless manner at Lorden’s Plaza near Shaw’s supermarket.
Officials commended the MPD officers for their diligent work on the case, which led to Plante’s arrest.
The department has not released further details about the incident or the investigation that followed.
Plante is expected to face the charges in court, with a date yet to be announced.
