Highgate man arrested for lewd conduct, stalking in Enosburg

ENOSBURG — Vermont State Police arrested a 21-year-old Highgate man on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct and stalking after he allegedly exposed himself to a 64-year-old woman and followed her around a neighborhood block.

Dreyvin Patterson was taken into custody on Sept. 16 after an incident reported on Aug. 31 at 5:59 p.m., where he is accused of following the victim multiple times around the Missisquoi St/Pleasant St/School St block in Enosburg and engaging in lewd behavior during their interactions.

Following his arrest, Patterson was processed at the St. Albans State Police Barracks.

He received conditions of release and a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court – Criminal Division on Sept. 17 at 1 p.m. to face his charges.

The Vermont State Police has withheld the name of the victim, in accordance with their policy regarding cases of sexual assault and domestic violence.
