SOUTH WINDSOR — A South Windsor man was taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident.
Merrick O. Wilson, 53, allegedly pushed the victim during the altercation on Sept. 14 at 3:15 p.m. Wilson received a misdemeanor summons and is set to appear in Manchester Superior Court today at 9 a.m.
In a separate incident on the same day at 4:35 p.m., South Windsor Police Department apprehended Daniel U.
Pugliares, 35, from Rocky Hill, on an attempted larceny charge.
Pugliares was reportedly caught by Target loss prevention staff trying to conceal trading cards.
He was processed and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
His court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 2 at 9 a.m.
Additionally, Eric D. Kennedy, 41, from Vernon, was arrested for violating multiple protective orders.
Kennedy, who surrendered to authorities at police headquarters on Sept. 14 at 7:12 p.m., allegedly drove by the victim’s residence on Aug. 29 and had contact with them on Sept. 4, contravening the orders.
After processing, he was released on a $2,000 non-surety bond and is due in court today at 9 a.m.
