Man arrested for DUI after single-vehicle crash in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY — A 67-year-old Montgomery man was arrested for driving under the influence after a single-vehicle crash late Saturday night, authorities said.

Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to Deep Gibou Road around 11:19 p.m. following reports of the accident.

The driver, identified as James Gendron, showed signs of impairment during the interaction with law enforcement.

Gendron was taken into custody and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.

After the procedure, he was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division.

He was released to a sober adult pending his court appearance.
