MARSHFIELD — A local woman was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon following a domestic disturbance at a John Fowler Road residence.
The Vermont State Police responded to the incident at 3:48 p.m. where they investigated and determined that 37-year-old Nicole Stratton had assaulted a household member.
Stratton was apprehended and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
Authorities have scheduled Stratton’s appearance at the Washington County Superior Court for Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.
The Vermont State Police have not released any details regarding the victim due to the nature of the incident.
