WOONSOCKET — Members of the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Paul Molloy, 43, on Monday, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Molloy, whose last known address is 23 Grove Street in Woonsocket, was arraigned in Third District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings.
Molloy’s capture stems from coordinated efforts among law enforcement agencies to apprehend individuals fleeing justice across state lines.
