WEST HAVEN — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man suspected of burglarizing a local deli.
The West Haven Police Department’s Detective Division released an image of a black male believed to be connected to a commercial burglary that occurred at the Forest Road Deli, located at 442 Forest Road.
Authorities have not disclosed what was taken during the burglary or when the crime took place.
They are urging anyone who can identify the suspect or has any information related to the incident to contact the WHPD Detective Division at 203-937-3904.
Tips can also be submitted through direct messaging to the department’s official communication channels.
The police have assured that all information provided can be kept confidential.
The department expressed gratitude in advance for the public’s cooperation and urged community members to come forward with any details that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.
