WATERBURY — Troopers from the Vermont State Police Berlin barracks responded to a single motor vehicle accident on Guptil Rd early Sept. 6.
At 6:07 a.m., authorities arrived at the scene where they identified the driver as Elizabeth Immich, 34, of Barre City.
The investigation concluded that Immich was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license and was in violation of her conditions of release.
Immich was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Criminal Court on Nov. 7 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charges of Criminal DLS and Violation of Conditions of Release.
