BOSTON — Three suspects, including two juveniles, were arrested and three firearms recovered following a reported gun incident in Roslindale late Tuesday night, police said.
Officers responded to 120 Brookway Road around 11:15 p.m. Sept. 3, 2024, after a 911 caller reported seeing armed individuals exit a vehicle.
Upon arrival, police observed a group matching the description flee the scene.
During a foot pursuit, officers apprehended Benjamin Pineda, 18, of Charlestown, and two male juveniles ages 16 and 14.
Three firearms were recovered along the suspects’ flight paths, including a Walther PPK, a ghost gun, and a Lurcin I-380, all loaded.
Pineda faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and trespassing.
The juveniles face similar delinquency charges, with the 16-year-old also charged with unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device.
The suspects are expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
A vehicle believed to be involved was later found unoccupied in Charlestown and towed for further investigation.
