STARKSBORO — A 25-year-old Starksboro woman was arrested and charged with simple assault following an altercation on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a verbal dispute in Starksboro at 11:26 a.m. Upon investigation, troopers determined that Natalie Huestis-Bell had caused bodily injury to Penny Bell, 56, of Addison.
Huestis-Bell was taken into custody and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.
She was issued a citation to appear at the Addison County Superior Court on Dec. 16, 2024, at 12:30 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation by the Vermont State Police.
