TISBURY — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 43-year-old man last seen in Hyannis on Aug. 26.
Damon Miller Burden, of Tisbury, is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
His phone has been turned off, according to authorities.
The Tisbury Police Department is leading the investigation and has entered Burden into the National Crime Information Center database as a missing person.
Authorities are asking residents of Yarmouth, Harwich, and Barnstable to be especially vigilant, as Burden is known to frequent these areas.

Burden’s date of birth is July 29, 1981.
He was reported missing on Sept. 5.
The investigation is ongoing, and police have not released any additional details about the circumstances surrounding Burden’s disappearance.
