Armed robbery suspects sought in Hyde Park incident

BOSTON — Boston police are seeking the public’s help to identify two suspects involved in an armed robbery in Hyde Park.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:28 p.m. Wednesday near 75 Maple Street, according to detectives from District E-18.

Police describe the first suspect as a light-skinned Hispanic male wearing a black helmet, black mask, black jacket or sweatshirt, black pants, and white and black sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a male wearing a black helmet, red jacket, light-colored pants and white sneakers.

The suspects reportedly fled the scene on a red moped with a black bag attachment or backpack, heading towards Hyde Park Avenue.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the robbery.
