1 min read

MIDDLEBURY — Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals who were seen riding quads on a bridal trail.

The Middlebury Police Department released an advisory requesting anyone with information about the riders to contact them at 203-577-4028.

Chief Pat Deely emphasized that operating quads and dirt bikes is not only dangerous but also prohibited on the bridal trail.

The department has not provided descriptions of the individuals or the quads involved.

The effort to locate and identify these riders is part of a broader initiative to ensure the safety of the trails and preserve them for their intended use.

Residents and trail users are urged to report any similar activities or recognize the riders in question to help the police enforce the regulations and protect the community’s natural spaces.
