Ledyard police seek suspects in Dollar General larceny

LEDYARD — Ledyard Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a theft at the Dollar General store in Gales Ferry on Friday evening.

According to the LPD, a male and female subject were captured on surveillance footage leaving the store with unpaid merchandise.

After exiting the store, the pair departed the scene in a silver SUV, which authorities believe to be a Ford Edge.

The police have provided images of the suspects and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
