WALTHAM — A missing 13-year-old boy, Dalvis Lopez-Morel, was safely located after he was last seen in the area of Summer Street around 6 p.m. Monday, according to the Waltham Police Department.
Dalvis was reported missing after he did not return home and had last been seen wearing a black outfit with stars on the pants.
The police issued an alert and asked the public for any information regarding his whereabouts.
The Waltham Police Department confirmed that Dalvis was found and thanked the community for their assistance.
