SHELTON — The Shelton Police Department’s Detective Bureau has asked for the public’s assistance in identifying a group of suspects linked to a string of purse snatchings in the area.
Investigators have also noticed the same individuals loitering near ATMs where they appear to be attempting to observe and record the PIN numbers of customers.
The police have not specified how many incidents have occurred or the exact locations.
The department urges anyone with information that could lead to the identification of these suspects to come forward.
