JERICHO — Vermont State Police arrested a 43-year-old Glover man on suspicion of driving under the influence late Friday night after a traffic stop for speeding on VT Route 15 near Browns Trace Road.
Authorities conducted the stop at approximately 10:44 p.m. and identified the driver as Tyler Scelza.
During the encounter, troopers observed signs of impairment.
Scelza was taken into custody and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Following the processing, Scelza was released with a citation.
He is scheduled to appear at the Chittenden County Superior Court on Sept. 19 at 8:15 a.m. to face the DUI #2 charge.
