NEW HAVEN — Vermont State Police cited a Vergennes man for allegedly violating his court-ordered conditions of release after a vehicle check Thursday night.
Jeremiah Delorme, 28, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by troopers at about 9:34 p.m. on Aug. 29 on Campground Road near its intersection with U.S.
Route 7 in New Haven, police said.
During the investigation of what police described as a suspicious vehicle, officers determined Delorme was in violation of his release conditions, according to authorities.
Delorme was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 18.
No further details about the nature of Delorme’s release conditions or the circumstances of the alleged violation were provided by police.
