In the second quarter after an 18 yard rumble by Boyd to paydirt, Fitzpatrick threw a 12 yard out to senior Luke Hammell.

The Raiders carried a 27-0 lead into half.

The Falcons responded defensively in the second half stopping U-32 5 times in their seven possessions. Falcon senior Jacob Ashman recorded an 11 yard sack and the Falcon pass rush showed some teeth bottling up the interior.

Following a Hayden Boivin interception the Falcons moved to 3 first downs before stalling at midfield.Bovin began to get loose offensively running for 73 yards on ten carries and adding 55 yards in the air with a pair to junior Cameryn  Huntington. Boivin played well on the defensive side of the ball with nine tackles, several with big hits in the Raider secondary.

NCUHS senior Jason Pelliter had several catches and some outstanding kickoff and punt returns. Pellieter finally brought one to the house late going 85 yards after a nifty move at midfield. He outran the last defender much to the delight of the large Falcon crowd. Boivin threw for the two point conversion to close out the evening’s scoring on a pinpoint pass to Ryder Descheneau.

The Falcons make their longest trek of the season next week as they will drive 150 miles to Fair Haven to take on the Slaters. Pre game show is Friday night sept 6, at 645 with Ken Wells and Paul Wheeler on the call on the Northeast Sports Network.
