BELLINGHAM — Police are seeking to identify the creator of an unauthorized mural painted on a town-owned building.
The Bellingham Police Department issued a statement Tuesday requesting information about the artist responsible for a custom mural on the side of the Department of Public Works pump station on Taunton Street.
Officials did not provide details about when it may have been painted.
