Worcester woman arrested on drug charges after police sting

WORCESTER — Officers from the Worcester Police Department Vice Squad arrested a local woman on drug-related charges after a targeted operation on Aug. 28.

Kelsie Pushee, 33, was apprehended following a surveillance operation that led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence on Country Club Blvd.

At approximately 5:10 p.m., Pushee was observed by officers engaging in a brief exchange with a male in a vehicle on Lincoln St.

After the male departed, Pushee, who has a revoked driver’s license, was stopped by police as she drove away.

During the traffic stop, authorities found substances suspected to be fentanyl and cocaine.

Pushee faces charges including Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Class B Substance with Intent to Distribute, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Revoked License.

The Worcester Police Department has not released additional details regarding the investigation.
