SOMERVILLE — Somerville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in a motor vehicle vandalism incident that occurred on July 20.
According to authorities, the incident took place at the intersection of Prospect Street and Somerville Avenue following a traffic altercation.
The suspect, captured in a photograph released by the police, is alleged to have punched the victim’s car, causing damage.
The case, filed under report number 24044819, is currently under investigation.
Detective Chris Collette is leading the inquiry and is urging anyone with any information related to the suspect or the vandalism to come forward.
