Nashua teen charged with identity fraud after theft arrest

NASHUA — An 18-year-old from Nashua is facing felony charges for identity fraud following an investigation by the Nashua Police Department.

Arianna Jimenez was arrested on a felony warrant on Aug. 25 after detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division confirmed that she was in possession of stolen identification documents, including a driver’s license, Social Security card, and credit card belonging to another person.

The arrest followed an incident on Aug. 1 when Jimenez was taken into custody for theft at the Target store located at 310 Daniel Webster Highway.

Following her arrest for identity fraud, Jimenez was released on Personal Recognizance bail.

She is scheduled to appear at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.
