Boston man fatally stabbed on Dorchester Avenue; police seek information

BOSTON — At about 9:59 p.m., on Friday, officers from the Boston Police Department assigned to District C-11 (Dorchester) responded to a reported stabbing at 1879 Dorchester Ave.

Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male victim with stab wounds.

The injured man was quickly transported by Boston EMS to a nearby hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead.

Investigators are diligently examining the facts and circumstances leading to the incident.
