STAMFORD — A three-week investigation led to the arrest of a 42-year-old man on charges of possessing significant amounts of heroin/fentanyl and crack cocaine, Stamford Police announced Wednesday.
Adrian Clack was taken into custody by the Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit around 12:30 p.m. near the Bell Street parking garage in Downtown Stamford.
The arrest stemmed from intelligence received by the police suggesting Clack was making trips from Bridgeport to Stamford to distribute illegal drugs.
Undercover officers carried out surveillance operations and apprehended Clack while he was in his vehicle on Bell Street.
