EVERETT — After a months-long investigation, members of the Everett Police Department’s Special Criminal Investigations Unit and the Revere Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant in Revere today, leading to the arrest of a Roslindale man and the seizure of drugs, a firearm, and cash.
Jahkeal Browne, 24, was taken into custody after authorities discovered numerous baggies of what is believed to be crack cocaine and fentanyl, prepared for distribution.
The joint operation also uncovered cell phones, digital scales, materials for drug packaging, a loaded firearm, additional rounds of ammunition, and over $15,000 in cash.
Browne was arrested and transported to the Everett Police Department, where he is being held pending a court appearance.
He faces multiple charges related to firearm and drug law violations.
As with all criminal cases, Browne is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
