SCITUATE — Rhode Island State Troopers arrested 18-year-old Nico Gallucci of Warwick on charges of failure to stop for an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle and obstructing an officer in execution of duty.
The arrest occurred at 3:29 p.m. after a barracks investigation led to a warrant check at Gallucci’s residence located at 181 Heritage Drive.
The charges stem from an incident where Gallucci allegedly left the scene of an accident and later interfered with police officers.
Gallucci was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released on a promise to appear for a future date in the Third District Court.
