Lewiston drug raid results in five arrests, seizures

LEWISTON — Early this morning, the Lewiston Police Department, alongside the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office K9 Team, executed a search warrant at 149 College St., marking the fourth operation at this location within nine months related to an ongoing drug probe.

Authorities arrested five individuals, each facing various drug-related charges.

Stephine Hallmon was charged with a violation of conditional release (VCR), Class E; Gregory Simmons with refusal to submit to arrest and fleeing, Class E; Lucas Messer with aggravated trafficking, Class A and VCR; Christina Allen with aggravated trafficking, Class A; and Lilith Price with multiple counts including unlawful possession of oxycodone, methamphetamine, cocaine base, and fentanyl, all Class C offenses.

During the raid, law enforcement officials confiscated significant quantities of illegal substances, including 222 grams of methamphetamine, 15 grams of crack cocaine, 22 grams of fentanyl, and 6 oxycodone pills.

The investigation continues as authorities work to dismantle drug trafficking operations within the community.

The suspects have been processed and await further legal proceedings.
