SUNAPEE — A Sunapee man has been arrested in connection with a July rollover accident that seriously injured two people, according to the Sunapee Police Department.
The accident occurred on July 26 when a vehicle rolled over onto its roof on Ryder Corner Road, injuring two occupants who were later transported to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
Police said Mackaidan C. Decato, 18, of Northfield, New Hampshire, was charged with Reckless Conduct – Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony, after an investigation into the crash.
Decato turned himself in on Aug. 10 and was released on Personal Recognizance with an arraignment scheduled for Oct. 1.
