Man arrested on DUI charges after crash in Westminster

WESTMINSTER — On Aug. 11, at approximately 9:36 p.m., Vermont State Police responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on South Pine Banks Road.

Grant Baker, 22, of Bellows Falls, was identified as the driver of the vehicle.

During the interaction with Baker, troopers noticed signs of impairment.

He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).

Baker was taken to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

He has been released with a citation to appear before the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, at a later scheduled date to face the charges.
