CAMBRIDGE — A single-vehicle crash early morning on Aug. 8 led to the arrest of a Johnson man on suspicion of driving under the influence.
At approximately 5:33 a.m., troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to a report of a crash near the intersection of Lower Pleasant Valley Road and Upper Pleasant Valley Road.
Upon arrival, they found a vehicle that had been involved in an accident.
The operator of the vehicle, identified as 29-year-old Olivier Duga from Johnson, exhibited several signs of impairment while interacting with law enforcement officials at the scene.
As a result, Duga was taken into custody under suspicion of DUI.
Duga was released on citation and is scheduled to appear at the Lamoille County Superior Court-Criminal Division on Oct. 30 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the DUI charge.
