ST. JOHNSBURY — Troopers are investigating a case of unlawful mischief after responding to a vandalism report on Route 2B at approximately 1 p.m. on Aug. 10.
According to authorities, an unknown projectile shattered the rear window and caused minor damage to the rear door of a vehicle.
The vehicle’s owner suspects the damage took place earlier in the morning before the discovery.
The Vermont State Police are seeking assistance from the public to identify the culprit.
