Manchester police respond to shots fired at hookah lounge, three arrested

MANCHESTER — Police responded to reports of gunshots at the Babylon Hookah Lounge early Saturday morning, resulting in three arrests.

According to authorities, at about 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 10, an altercation inside the lounge at 245 Maple Street escalated and continued outside on the sidewalk.

After staff denied reentry to the instigator, several gunshots were heard from the parking lot.

The shooter, identified as Dominick Lundrigan, 23, of Ossipee, was arrested at the scene.

Lundrigan, reportedly discharging his weapon into the air, is charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

While clearing the area, police encountered Jonathan Bunzigyie, 32, of Westbrook, Maine, who refused to vacate his vehicle in the parking lot.

After failing to comply with orders to exit his car, Bunzigyie was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

In a related incident, Adhok Yac, 26, of Lewisham, Australia, was arrested for throwing a plastic cup at an officer after being instructed to leave the vicinity.

Yac faces charges of disorderly conduct and simple assault.

The Manchester Police Department is continuing its investigation into the events surrounding the incident.
