Man arrested on suspicion of DUI after single-vehicle crash in Andover

ANDOVER — A 63-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle accident late Saturday night.

Vermont State Police responded to the crash on Chauncey Road in Andover at about 11:12 p.m. Upon arrival, troopers found James A.

Donnelly, the driver of the vehicle, and noticed signs of impairment.

After an investigation at the scene, Donnelly was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI.

He was processed at the Westminster Barracks and released with a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division at a future date to face the charges.
