OLD ORCHARD BEACH — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 80-year-old man with cognitive issues who went missing Friday morning in Old Orchard Beach.
Allan Altobell was last seen leaving his home on Eden Road on foot at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2024, according to the Old Orchard Beach Police Department.
Altobell is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 158 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a gray crew neck sweatshirt, blue jeans and black dress shoes.
The Maine State Police issued the Silver Alert at the request of local authorities due to Altobell’s cognitive issues and concerns for his safety.
