Southington police seek to identify Walmart shoplifting suspects

SOUTHINGTON — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man and woman accused of shoplifting nearly $474 worth of merchandise from a local Walmart.

The incident occurred on Aug. 8 at the Walmart located at 235 Queen Street, according to the Southington Police Department.

The suspects were captured on store surveillance cameras and are believed to have left the scene in a U-Haul rental van with an Arizona license plate.
