Ferrisburgh man arrested for domestic assault

FERRISBURGH — On Feb. 8 at 9:11 a.m., Vermont State Police troopers from the New Haven Barracks responded to a report of a domestic assault that allegedly occurred in Ferrisburgh both the previous day and that morning.

Following an investigation, authorities determined that 33-year-old Kevin Miller had inflicted bodily harm on a household member and caused them to fear serious injury.

Miller, a Ferrisburgh resident, was apprehended on Aug. 5 and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.

Miller has been ordered detained at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility for failing to post the required $2,000 bail.

He is scheduled to appear before the Addison County Superior Court on Aug. 6 at 12:30 p.m.

The identity of the victim has not been released to protect their privacy in accordance with state police policy on domestic violence and sexual assault cases.
